Why do you charge to access your content?
Charging a small fee helps protect the integrity of the content from plagiarism and allows me to focus on providing value to a dedicated, like-minded community—without distractions from spam or casual browsing. Unlike many platforms that charge $30–$100/month, I’ve intentionally kept pricing reasonable to ensure that quality wellness information is accessible to those who truly want it.
How do you choose which brands and products to recommend?
Every product I recommend is selected based on quality, transparency, and effectiveness—not on who pays me. The supplement industry in the U.S. is largely unregulated, so I’m careful to highlight only the brands I trust and would use myself. In fact, many of the products I link to provide no financial benefit to me at all. If a company offers a discount or coupon code for my community, I’m happy to pass that along—but my top priority is always recommending what actually works.
Why isn’t there a search function in the membership area?
The current platform doesn’t offer a search tool that works well, so I’ve chosen not to include one for now to avoid a frustrating user experience. I’m actively working on having a custom search feature built, and I truly appreciate your patience in the meantime!
I have a health condition and am not sure if I should take the supplements you recommend. Can you help me?

How do I cancel my Membership?
